  • Authenticity & Craftsmanship: We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, and details of our products (such as sarees, lehengas, and handcrafted jewelry). However, slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our items and screen display differences.

  • Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in INR  and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue products without notice.

3. Orders and Acceptance

  • When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer shipping as detailed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Our policy lasts  from the date of delivery. If 5-7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of ShriJi Paridhan  and protected by international copyright laws.
